4 quality requirements

4.1 pages and Book stickers

4.1.1 pages shall be accurate in the center of the page, free of oil dirt, dead folds, corners, white pages, small pages and remnant pages

4.1.2 the page number and layout of the book post shall be in correct order, the line code of the associated book post shall be neat, and the error of page number position between two pages shall not exceed 5mm. The range of page number position in the whole core shall not exceed 7mm

4.1.3 the size tolerance of the illustrated pages in the book block is 2mm. See 4.1.2 for other requirements. The size of the connecting plate of the illustration is shown in 4 Thirdly, the power source (electromechanical) of the tension machine is also called the Mada difference less than 2mm

4.1.4 it is also an excellent choice to replace HFC ⑴ 34a with observation of surface texture. The adhesive page is correct. The adhesive mouth is 2.5-4.0mm wide. The adhesive is flat without joint adhesion and page falling

4.4 book block processing

4.4.1 the back of the book shall be flat and consistent in thickness, and the cutting specification shall comply with the provisions of GB 788

4.4.2 the circular potential of the round back book block is 90-130 °, the ridge height is 3-4 mm, and the inclination between the spine height and the surface of the book block is 120 ± 10 °

4.4.3 the back of the book with rounded back shall be free of cracks, folds and broken lining, and the four corners shall be vertical without shrinkage deformation

4.4.4 the plug cloth shall be pasted smoothly and firmly

4.4.4.1 the length of square back plug cloth shall be subject to the width of the back of the book, with a tolerance of 1.5mm

4.4.4.2 the length of the round back plug cloth shall be subject to the arc length of the back of the book, with a tolerance of 1.5mm. Research and development of the experimental machine

4.4.5 the back cloth of the book shall be glued straight and in the middle, flat and firm

4.4.5.1 the length of the book back cloth shall be 15 ~ 25mm shorter than that of the book block

4.4.5.2 the width of the back cloth of round endorsement shall be 40 ~ 50mm longer than the arc length of the back of the book

4.4.5.3 the width of the square endorsement back cloth shall be 40-50 mm longer than the back width of the book

4.4.6 the paper on the back of the book shall be pasted in an accurate position, flat and firm

4.4.6.1 the length of the back paper should be 4-6mm shorter than that of the book block

4.4.6.2 the width of the back paper of the party endorsement is the same as that of the back of the book

4.4.6.3 the width of the back paper of the round endorsement is the same as the arc length of the round back

4.4.7 the ribbon shall be pasted in the middle above the back of the book block, and the length shall be the same as the diagonal length of the book block

5 inspection method

5.1 measurement method

use a right angle triangle, a millimeter ruler and a semicircle instrument to inspect the page number, gluing, spacing, perpendicularity, roundness and spine specifications

5.2 visual inspection method

professional technicians visually inspect the product quality according to the standard requirements
